Meet Kyle, founder and designer behind Oyster & Oak.
Design has always been a part of my life. With a mother who is an artist and a father who builds custom homes, I grew up surrounded by creativity and craftsmanship. That foundation gave me a natural appreciation for both the artistry and the technical side of design and construction. I consider myself a creative person with a genuine love for client care. For me, the design process is about more than cabinets and layouts — it’s about listening, understanding, and creating spaces that reflect how people truly live.
Recently, my husband and I moved to Charleston, South Carolina, where we share our home with our Great Dane, Todd, and our cat, Merlin. We love exploring everything the Lowcountry has to offer — from golfing and kayaking to enjoying the incredible restaurants that make Charleston so special.
Above all, I believe communication is the key to success. Whether in business or in personal life, clear and thoughtful communication guides everything I do and is at the heart of every project I take on.
